• Poster session is open to all people who registered for the workshop.

• Finger food, beverage, and alcohol will be provided.

• For poster presenters

  • Recommended poster size: 24 x 36 inch (61 x 92 cm) (width x height)

  • There is no printing station on site. Poster presenters need to bring their posters.​

  • Poster presenters can start putting up their posters from 6 pm.

• Best poster award

  • Three awardees will be announced on July 7th.

    • Topic 1 awardee: Joonghoon Choi (Sejong Univ.)​

    • Topic 2 awardee: Ki Seok Kim (MIT)

    • Topic 3 awardee: Min Kyu Song (MIT)

  • Each awardee will be granted prize money of $100.
