• Poster session is open to all people who registered for the workshop.

• Finger food, beverage, and alcohol will be provided.

  • Recommended poster size: 24 x 36 inch (61 x 92 cm) (width x height)

  • There is no printing station on site. Poster presenters need to bring their posters.​

  • Poster presenters can start putting up their posters from 6 pm.
